Eveline Hair Oil Return Policy
We are committed to providing the best experience for our valued customers. If you are not satisfied with your experience with our product, please carefully review the following return conditions:
• Return Period: If no noticeable results from the benefits of the oil are observed within one month of committed usage according to the instructions from the purchase date.
Returns are only accepted for the oil bottle offer; other offers and products are not eligible for return.
Return Conditions:
1. Commitment to Usage
• The oil must be used according to the attached instructions.
• The bottle should not be excessively used; one bottle lasts about a month to a month and a half. If more than one bottle is used in a month, it will be considered outside the warranty due to misuse.
2. Documentation of the Experience
• Submission of photographic documentation from your photo album is required. The photos must include the date they were taken for verification of the usage period, and the photo should clearly show the hair length in meters.
3. Refund Amount
• When purchasing the product at the original price (without discount):
• Refund rate: 100% after deducting shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and tax.
• During sales and discounts:
• Refund rate: 50% after deducting shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and tax.
4. Shipping Costs for Return
• If shipping was free at the time of return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• If the customer did not receive the product and it was returned, the customer must pay the shipping fees again.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
• Requesting a return multiple times after purchase.
• Customer refused to receive the product upon delivery.
• The customer did not receive the product and it was returned.
• Cancellation request made after one hour of order placement.
The following cases are not covered by the return policy:
• Genetic baldness.
• Vitamin deficiencies.
• Allergic reactions to product ingredients. If you are allergic to any of the mentioned ingredients or other unlisted ingredients, please confirm by contacting customer service before purchasing.
Customs fees (if any) are borne by the customer according to each country's regulations and are not included in the product or shipping price, nor are they covered by the return.
In case the shipment is not received, it will be damaged by the shipping company.
